Integral - area

Integral - area

Bom dia, alguma ajuda?

Acho que é para usar a fórmula arclength =  2 \pi R \frac{C}{360}
Let r be a positive constant. Consider the cylinder {x}^{2}+{y}^{2}\leq{r}^{2} and let C be the part of the cylinder that satisfies 0 \leq z \leq y.

c) Let a be the length of the arc along the base circle of C from the point (r,0,0) to the point (
Let b be the length of the line segment from the point ( to the point . Express a and b in terms of .

d) Calculate the area of the side of C with , and express it in terms of r.

Bom dia.

Obrigado

\lim_{x\rightarrow-1} x³ +1/x²-1[/tex]

\lim_{x\rightarrow-1} \frac{{x}^{3}+1}{{x}^{2}-1}

Bom estudo!

\lim_{x\rightarrow-1}\frac{x^3+1}{x^2-1}

\lim_{x\rightarrow-1}\frac{(x+1)(x^2-x+1)}{(x+1)(x-1)}

\lim_{x\rightarrow-1}\frac{(x^2-x+1)}{(x-1)}=\frac{-3}{2}
